Great hotel.... especially for the price! It was in much better condition (great bed, great pillows, great shower & spacious) than the overpriced hotel I stayed in at lake Louise for 3 times the price of this In & Suites. If I wasn't just driving through I would have enjoyed staying here longer.
Like others have said, very good value for the price. Large selection of hot items for the free breakfast. Very nice view from our window.
Disappointing stay, unprofessional staff, unclean rooms, when we paid extra to stay a hotel that accommodates breakfast and they stopped serving breakfast 1 hour before close because they didnt feeling like making any more food, including coffee.
Beautiful room. Very clean, but a bit outdated in terms of decor. Breakfast was good, but a bit odd in terms of using vouchers and not being able to take any food out of the dining room. Most staff were friendly, but upon checking out, the front desk staff member seemed to be unsure of the process.
Unbelievable value for the buck. I was worried on what to expect for a hotel of this price range in the mountains but blown away. Great Customer Service! Great Rooms with amazing views! Super clean and everything works! Plus the breakfast was delicious will definitely be staying again when driving through!
